To ensure a perfect fit, we provide a detailed Size Chart and Size Guide on each product page. Customers are advised to refer to these before placing an order.
• Measurements provided are of the garment (not the body). Please compare these with your best-fitting scrub or clothing item.
• If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
• If you’re unsure about sizing, you’re welcome to try on our scrubs at our Maharagama outlet before purchasing.
To avoid inconvenience, we highly recommend checking your size carefully before placing an order.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the latest date by which your order will be ready. Also we will offer alternatives or issue a refund.

Delivery Policy
• Islandwide delivery is available at a flat rate of Rs. 380
• Orders will be delivered within 1–3 working days, subject to product availability. (Please note that the delivery timeline may also depend on the customer’s availability and responsiveness to calls at the time of delivery)
• Customers can also fit on size samples and purchase scrubs directly at our Maharagama outlet

Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached, along with the receipt.
Customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
To ensure the right fit, we encourage customers to visit our outlet to try on scrubs before purchasing.

Care Instructions (General)
• Cold, gentle machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent
• Turn the scrub inside out before washing
• Do not soak for long periods or use bleach
• Turn garment inside out when drying and ironing to reduce fading on the outer surface
- Avoid exposing the garment to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent color fading
